Babak is echt een toptrainer!
Elke training weet hij me weer te verrassen met een nieuw en uitdagend schema. Geen saaie herhalingen, maar steeds een frisse mix van kracht en conditie — precies in de juiste opbouw.
Het wordt elke keer nét een stapje zwaarder, en dat werkt voor mij perfect.
Hij motiveert enorm, let scherp op techniek (blessures? Geen kans!), en weet precies wanneer ik dat extra tandje kan bijzetten. Soms denk ik “nee joh”, maar dan doe ik het toch — en voel ik me er zó goed door!
Wat het verschil maakt? Zijn energie, variatie, persoonlijke aanpak en drive. Het is elke keer weer een feestje om te trainen — zelfs als je jezelf compleet in het zweet werkt.
