Ik kwam bij Babak vanwege voorbereiding op een wedstrijd in de vechtsport. Elke training heeft hij oefeningen voor mij die gericht zijn op de spiergroepen die ik nodig heb tijdens het vechten. Ook heeft hij aandacht voor de technieken van de sport zelf waardoor elke training anders en uitdagend is. Hij heeft hier ontzettend veel verstand van, en geeft zijn kennis graag door wat mij zelfvertrouwen geeft en motiveerd.

Ik had nooit gedacht dat ik het leuk zou vinden, maar het is gebeurt! Ook als ik geen goede dag heb, is het toch fijn om te komen trainen. Mentaal en fysiek zoveel stappen gezet dankzij Babak!
