We always begin with a free intake. During this session, we discuss your goals, background, health and lifestyle. Based on this, we create a personalized plan that goes beyond just training. We also consider your nutrition, sleep, mental balance and daily structure.

Duo Training

Training with a friend, partner or colleague is not only more fun but also more motivating. In duo sessions, there are two people, one coach, and plenty of results.You’ll share the session but still receive personal guidance. We ensure an approach that works for both of you.

Small Group Training

Body, Mind & Spirit - in one training!?

I have been training with Master Javid for more than a month in 1-on-1 sessions and I have attained a different level of physical and mental strength. The training is always formed to match with your physical capacities but also meant to set your barriers farther each time. The sessions have been especially helpful to overcome my fear after an accident; and building arm strength and speed. The training is always great because getting to the next level is nothing less or more than a fight with yourself and with the right coaching, this is possible. So you always go home (work, etc) with a very fulfilling and positive feeling!

I have also had the opportunity to train with the wife of Master Javid who is also an excellent coach and she led our Women’s Day Workshop last March with very simple yet muscle-strengthening, dynamic exercises! So it is also possible to be coached by a woman depending on your needs and comfort.
