We always begin with a free intake. During this session, we discuss your goals, background, health and lifestyle. Based on this, we create a personalized plan that goes beyond just training. We also consider your nutrition, sleep, mental balance and daily structure.

Our PT studio in Ypenburg is located in a calm setting and is easily accessible from The Hague, Leidschenveen, Nootdorp, Delft and the surrounding area.

Duo Training

Training with a friend, partner or colleague is not only more fun but also more motivating. In duo sessions, there are two people, one coach, and plenty of results. You’ll share the session but still receive personal guidance. We ensure an approach that works for both of you.

Small Group Training

Drie keer per week met plezier aan de slag

Ik ben zo iemand die al meerdere keren vol enthousiasme een sportschoolabonnement afsloot om vervolgens drie keer te gaan en daarna nog maanden door te betalen. Nadat ik inmiddels de 40 gepasseerd ben, kwam het besef: als ik fit en gezond wil blijven, moet ik echt iets aan mijn conditie doen.

Een nieuw sportschoolabonnement zag ik niet zitten, dus ging ik op zoek naar een personal trainer. Zo kwam ik al snel bij Babak terecht. Na een fijne kennismaking ben ik gestart met trainen: eerst twee keer per week en sinds dit jaar drie keer per week. De eerste weken waren pittig, maar inmiddels kijk ik met plezier uit naar de trainingen. Ik merk dat mijn kracht toeneemt en dat mijn lichaam langzaam maar zeker verandert. Soms sta ik er zelf van te kijken: ik wist niet dat met plezier 3 keer in de week aan krachttraining doen voor mij mogelijk was.

Babak en andere trainers hanteren een fijne, no-nonsense aanpak. Trainen niet met moeilijke apparaten, maar vooral veel met losse gewichten, afgestemd op mijn niveau, maar altijd uitdagend zonder dat het een uitputtingsslag wordt. Met een duo-abonnement sport je samen met andere sporters, wat het extra gezellig maakt en het bovendien betaalbaar houdt.
