Sinds 3 weken krijg ik 3x per week personal training van Babak. Kan niet anders zeggen dat dit me erg bevalt en ik ook zeker vooruitgang boek. Babak motiveert je erg goed, heeft een positieve vibe en begeleid je letterlijk (ook mentaal) het hele uur door. Daarnaast werkt hij ook aan een juiste houding tijdens de training. Ook als ik een off day heb en moe ben vlak voor de training weet Babak me toch nog zo te motiveren dat ik letterlijk alles geef in het uurtje trainen.
