Babak geeft zijn personal trainingen vanuit passie en is erg all-round. Hij onderscheid zich van andere personal trainers, doordat elke training weer anders is, zorgvuldig overdacht is, vanuit passie werkt en echt persoonlijk is aangepast op de persoon, met veel resultaat en zorgt ervoor dat ik met plezier mindfull heb leren sporten. Ik volg zijn trainingen inmiddels al sinds lange tyd. Bijzonder dat het ook mogelijk is om soms ook met de kinderen samen te trainen tydens de schoolvakantie, waarbij ze waardevolle lessen mee kregen van Babak op het gebied van mindfullness. Tegelijkertyd een waardevol ouder-kindmoment. De trainingen zijn echt een waardevol kadootje aan jezelf!
