Ik ben bij Babak gekomen om af te vallen en een betere conditie op te bouwen. Dat gaat gelukkig heel erg goed.. elke keer ga ik met plezier naar Babak. Omdat er steeds een verassing traning klaar staat. Mentaal was ik veel onrustig in me hoofd. En had een negatief zelfbeeld. Zelfs dat is helemaal verdwenen. Ik begin meer van mezelf te houden.. en voel me zeker sportief…
