November 16, 2024

Sinds eind februari, nu ongeveer 9 maanden, ben ik aan het sporten bij BM.

Hiervoor eigenlijk nooit iets aan sport gedaan. Mijn klachten zijn verdwenen en ik voel mij een stuk fitter.

Naast sport word je ook gecoacht op het gebied van mindset en voeding.

Zo ziet mijn winkelmandje er tegenwoordig heel anders uit, maak ik bewuste keuzes en motiveer anderen dit ook te doen.

Niemand uit mijn omgeving had verwacht dat ik soms al om 5, 6 of 7 uur ‘s ochtends zou gaan sporten, er is bij mij wel echt een knop omgegaan. Dit natuurlijk mede dankzij de fijne en motiverende coaching!

Ik ben trots op de stap die ik heb gezet en de gemaakte progressie. Personal training is echt de beste investering in jezelf!
