Babak houdt echt rekening met wat ik kan en wat ik leuk vind. Na elke training ga ik met meer energie naar huis dan vóór de training.

Elke training is dan ook op mij afgestemd. We werken geen standaard schema’s af. En mocht het tijdens de training toch anders lopen ( als ik bijvoorbeeld niet goed hebt gegeten of heel erg moe ben) dan weet Babak heel snel om te schakelen en switch hij naar andere oefeningen die wel lukken en nog steeds voor motivatie zorgen.

Ik ben helemaal tevreden.
