Coaching with Babak is truly an experience in wholistic development. I have never really been a fan of coaching and have never found it very motivating. But training with Babak is an amazing experience! He not only trains your body but your mind as well. Each session is customised to your mental and physical state, energy levels and motivation while challenging you to push your limits. In the 6+ weeks I have been training with him I can see a huge difference in not only my stamina but my posture, confidence and general attitude as well. The content of each session is never boring, with a good mix of different elements including Martial Arts which is always highly enjoyable. My husband and I both train separately with Babak and we never come away disappointed. I highly recommend KB Body and Coach to anyone who not only wants to get fit but also improve their lifestyle as well.
